Rosenthal. Purchased by the New York Public Library on May 26, 1955, at the auction sale "L'Art Ancien XXV" in Basel, Switzerland.  —  Nadezhda Kavrus-Hoffmann, "Catalogue of Greek Medieval and Renaissance Manuscripts in the Collections of the United States of America.
