Department of Computer Science

Established in 1979, the Department of Computer Science includes 32 faculty and 600 students who work closely together in an open, collegial atmosphere. The curriculum places equal emphasis on theoretical and experimental computer science. Areas of research range across the entire spectrum of computer science.
